T. mithilfe der Bindungstheorie erkl&auml;rt werden k&ouml;nnte. Allerdings fehlen bisher Untersuchungen zur Frage, in welchen Behandlungssituationen bei Patienten bindungsrelevante Bed&uuml;rfnisse und damit u. U. problematische Bew&auml;ltigungsstrategien ausgel&ouml;st werden. <!--more--><br \/>\nPatienten und Methoden &nbsp;<br \/>\nSechsunddrei&szlig;ig halbstandardisierte Interviews zu bindungsrelevanten Situationen in Therapien wurden inhaltlich ausgewertet.<br \/>\nErgebnisse &nbsp;<br \/>\nAls Ausl&ouml;ser f&uuml;r bindungsrelevante Bed&uuml;rfnisse in Psychotherapien fanden sich interpersonelle Konflikte und Verlust, Therapiebeginn und -ende, Symptombelastung, spezifische Interventionen, Thematisierung der therapeutischen Beziehung und Wechsel in eine station&auml;re Therapie. Damit waren Themen von Wunsch nach Hilfe und Unterst&uuml;tzung, Zur&uuml;ckweisungserleben, Aspekte der Selbst&ouml;ffnung und Wunsch nach Verst&auml;ndnis verbunden.<br \/>\nSchlussfolgerungen &nbsp;<br \/>\nDas Bindungssystem wird in Psychotherapien &auml;hnlich wie in anderen zwischenmenschlichen Situationen aktiviert.
